Getting Started

Welcome to Touched by Fire Studios! The custom art process is simple and designed to ensure your vision is brought to life with the utmost care and quality. Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit Your Request: Fill out the form below with contact information and details about the custom artwork desired.
  2. Review and Estimate: After receiving the request, the details will be reviewed, and an estimated cost will be provided, including a 50% deposit required to start the project.
  3. Deposit Payment: After approving the estimate, the 50% deposit payment must be made to begin the creation process.
  4. Creation: The custom artwork will be created, with updates provided on the progress along the way.
  5. Final Payment and Delivery: Upon completion, notification will be sent, and arrangements for the final payment and shipping costs will be made. The custom art piece will then be carefully packaged and shipped.

Please note that custom artwork is non-refundable. Looking forward to creating something truly special.
